Additionally, the modding sub and discord were started by the modders and almost all of them are found there. If they made an official forum and left it unmonitored, that could pose a risk of undesirable content (in whatever form that might take) being posted without oversight. H3VR devs (Anton, primarily) don't have the capacity to provide user support for Mods, with all the complexity and potential for jankiness (or even mal-intent) that is inherent in modding I can understand drawing a line in the sand and saying 'being willing to go to those places is the price of admission for using mods', and I'm presuming the reasoning goes something like this: That said, I'm sure I'm not the only person with H3VR who doesn't use Discord or Reddit - and everyone with H3VR has Steam.
